Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Some offerings are made or gathered in small batches and may require additional time. When this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your package has been sent on its way.

Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States generally arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination.

Delays

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside the Cottage’s control. Weather, seasonal volume, or customs processing may occasionally cause delays. If your package seems lost or significantly delayed, please reach out through the Correspondence page.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Starweaver’s Cottage cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.
