Refund Policy

The Starweaver’s Cottage offers goods that are often small-batch, handmade, or curated with intention. Because of this, return policies vary by item type. Please read carefully before purchasing.

A Night with the Sidhe

All sales for A Night with the Sidhe are final.

This offering is a chance taken in good faith. You may already own the book, or it may not be to your taste. For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not available.

If the book is not a fit for you, you are warmly encouraged to pass it along, gift it to a friend, or donate it so the story may find the right home.

Hand-Painted Original Art

Original, hand-painted artwork is considered final sale.

Due to the unique and personal nature of original pieces, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. If damage occurs in transit, please contact the Cottage promptly with photos so the issue can be resolved.

Printed Items Featuring Original Artwork

Items that are printed with original artwork (such as prints, stationery, or similar goods) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund for the item cost (excluding original shipping) will be issued.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item is lost or arrives damaged.

The Starweaver’s Cottage will cover shipping costs only when:

  • An item is confirmed lost in transit

  • An item arrives damaged

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please reach out through the Correspondence page within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), including photos if applicable. Every effort will be made to make things right.
